Watching the fireworks on the 4th of July with my sister, The Professor and the boys.

Lovely shots, LLL. I love that last one, and the glittery rain firework - those are my favourite boomers too. Good job at keeping yourself centered.
Thanks Hilary. Yes, we must keep everything in perspective.
gee, that's right, you DID marry the Professor! That means that you are (according to my formula) about 2/3 Ginger and 1/3 Maryann, give or take a third.
GR - TOO funny! :)
Love all the photos, but actually my favourite is the lemon meringue pie! My mom was a master at pastry, and my sister's favourite (read 'only pie she would eat') was lemon meringue! I have not made one since I was young, and I'm thinking now I should maybe try it again. Of course, hubby doesn't care for it too much so I'd have to eat it myself....but I'm probably up to the challenge!!
Baggie - what a nice memory of pie :) You SHOULD try to make it again. Make it when you are hungry and it shouldn't be a problem to eat it all yourself! I know I could!
